Effect of the microstructural properties of copper on corrosion performance

چکیده

The aim of the study was to define influence microstructural properties on electrochemical copper in four different forms: sheet form, doped with phosphorus, electroplated and wire. Open circuit potential polarization resistance measurements were carried out order determine corrosion rates 0.1 M NaCl solution oxic conditions at ambient temperature. Statistical evaluation data performed differentiate between various forms samples. Microstructural investigations combined electron microscopy Raman analysis products after immersion samples a for 30 days. morphologies identified analyzed by spectroscopy copper.
